LETTER FROM CHARLES

Good morning Falcon Family,

We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. We have reached the mid-point of the season and we are proud that all of our teams are getting better from week to week. Each team has been competitive and our players are learning so much along the way.

As we all know our 9U and 11U teams were shut down because of covid-19. Both teams are now back in action. All of our players, parents and staff have tested negative and they have completed their quarantine period. It is important that we continue to follow precautions to keep our families safe and healthy. Social distance as much as we can and wear your masks.

Fall ball is upon us. We are preparing a plan to make this fall as productive as possible. The goal for the Fall is to get faster, stronger and build arm strength. These characteristics are what makes a complete baseball player. We will place much emphasis on pitching also. We need to develop our pitchers so that way we can continue to be competitive.

We would like to thank everyone for their support. Continue to work hard as wins and loses does not define a player/team. It’s how much you have improved from week to the next. Stay safe and healthy.

Sincerely,

Charles Lalane
